Cuts Refund & Return Policy — Updated 2026-06-26: We want you to love your CUTS purchase. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item claims work at cutsdenim.com.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. This period gives you time to try your jeans, pants, jackets, or shorts at home with confidence.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
- Final sale, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Underwear and intimate items are excluded for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
- Email admin@cutsdenim.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and a prepaid label (where available).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off the package at the indicated carrier.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email admin@cutsdenim.com and we'll guide you through the exchange. Subject to stock availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and the packaging — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs may apply depending on your location and will be communicated in the return instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer. Then contact us at admin@cutsdenim.com and we'll investigate immediately.
